Job Summary

As a Call Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, provide information about products or services, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Duties

  • Conduct warm calling to engage potential customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet market demands
  • Communicate effectively to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Assist in technology sales by promoting and explaining technical products or services
  • Support business development efforts by identifying potential leads and opportunities

Requirements:

  • Female Only
  • English/Hindi/Punjabi Spoken
  • 1+ Years of Experience.
