Job Description:Seeking a specialist Tandoor Cook skilled in handling traditional clay ovens for baking bread (naan, roti), and preparing kebabs, tikkas, and other grilled items.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage the tandoor oven.
- Prepare marinated dishes and cook them to perfection.
- Ensure dishes are flavorful, timely, and visually appealing.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness of tandoor area.
- Monitor cooking temperatures and timings for optimal results.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
