As Senior Media Manager you will:

• Develop and implement media strategies and plans in collaboration with internal marketing teams and media partners.
• Manage the annual and quarterly planning cycle, ensuring timely delivery of all milestones.
• Serve as the operational lead and main point of contact for day-to-day agency management.
• Coordinate and review cross channel media and audience plans for product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Optimize media investment and channel mix using planning and analysis tools.
• Identify new areas for testing and work with Digital Marketing and Business Intelligence teams to follow frameworks and attribution models.
• Provide regular strategic reviews and updates on media innovations, technology developments, and measurement trends.
• Support category and digital marketing teams in optimizing integrated plans, enhancing value and efficiency.
• Drive audience planning, connecting audience insights to agency planning tools and integrating owner data.
• Establish strong relationships with Commercial teams and the CoE to identify common opportunities and challenges.

To succeed in the role, we expect you to have:

• At least 5-6 years of media planning experience in an agency and/or in house client role. FMCG, Retail, Fashion, الرئيسية Appliances or Electronics will be preferred.
• People leadership experience.
• Proficiency in planning and buying across key media channels.
• Ability to interrogate and ensure local market plans meet brand and demand objectives.
• Experience in media analysis and interpretation of planning tools and results, including data driven attribution and media mix modelling.
• Strong expertise in media and audience planning, creative development, and ad operations processes.
• Ability to recommend strategic opportunities and innovations, staying ahead of trends.
• Highly organized, process driven, with great attention to detail.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to build relationships across functions and with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage.
