Sales Executive

• Customer Service: Attend walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable Pets food and accessories from our product range.
• Sales Generation: Drive in-store sales by actively engaging with customers, upselling products, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the companys products, their specifications, and their applications.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and small project clients for repeat business.
• Market Awareness: Keep updated on new product launches, promotions, and market competition.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in the Pet Shop, with hands-on experience in retail shop sales.
• Skills:
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is an added advantage.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications (MS Office, ERP systems preferred).
• Personality: Energetic, self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Additional Requirements:
• Presentable appearance and professional behavior.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple customers simultaneously.
