Sales Agent

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize property showings and virtual tours.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, or in person.
• Provide detailed property information (rent, amenities, lease terms, etc.).
• Schedule and conduct property tours.
• Process rental applications, including conducting background and credit checks.
• Verify references and income to ensure applicants meet criteria.
• Evaluate applicants suitability for tenancy.
• Ensure all lease paperwork is completed, signed, and filed accurately.
• Assist in the collection of rent payments and ensure timely processing.
• Provide tenants with receipts and documentation for payments.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Leasing, sales or in a related role is preferred
• Strong knowledge of real estate leasing laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Customer-service focused with a friendly and professional demeanor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
