Role Description

Join us in a full-time, on-site Relationship Officer role at a reputed bank in Dubai. Your responsibilities will include:

- Engaging with clients and promoting our services

- Identifying customer needs and negotiating sales

- Providing exceptional customer service

- Meeting sales targets

Qualifications

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

- Proven experience in sales and customer service, especially in banking or financial services preferred

- Ability to understand customer needs and meet sales targets

- Fluency in English

- Bachelors degree or equivalent

- UAE driving license preferred
