Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team, a leading provider of electric scissors, boom lifts, diesel booms, diesel scissors, electric booms, compact crawlers services. The Painter will be responsible for preparing and painting various equipment, ensuring that all surfaces are coated to the highest standards of quality and durability. This role requires a professional who is experienced in working with industrial equipment and understands the importance of safety and precision in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, and prepare surfaces of manlifts, and other heavy equipment to ensure proper paint adhesion.
• Painting: Apply primers, paints, and protective coatings to equipment using spray guns, rollers, and brushes according to company specifications and industry standards.
• Quality Control: Inspect painted surfaces for flaws, ensuring even coating, color consistency, and adherence to required specifications.
• Maintenance: Maintain painting tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and stored properly after use.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment and proper ventilation when handling paints and chemicals.
• Record Keeping: Document work completed, including the type of paint used, the surface area covered, and any issues encountered during the process.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including mechanics and operators, to ensure timely and efficient completion of painting tasks.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial painting, preferably within the manlift or heavy equipment industry.
• Skills: Proficient in using various painting tools and equipment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Knowledge: Understanding of different types of paints, primers, and coatings, and how to apply them to different materials and surfaces.
• Safety Awareness: Strong knowledge of safety practices related to painting and handling industrial equipment.
• Physical Ability: Ability to work in various positions, including standing, kneeling, and lifting heavy equipment, for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in industrial painting or a related field.
• Experience working with manlifts, boom lifts, or similar equipment.

Working Conditions:

• Primarily outdoor work with occasional indoor tasks, depending on project requirements.
• Exposure to paint fumes, chemicals, and dust, requiring the use of personal protective equipment.
• Occasional lifting of heavy equipment or materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,300.00 per month

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
