Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Key Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be driven, eager to grow, and focused on managing client relationships and driving sales. You will serve as the primary contact for existing clients, ensuring their needs are met while identifying new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Manage existing accounts and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
• Develop sales strategies and negotiate contracts.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues.
• Track sales performance and identify trends.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of sales processes and strategies.
• Familiarity with the Dubai, UAE market.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience in the packaging industry is a plus.
