Job Description:Al Mamzar Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The primary focus of this role will be recruitment, while also supporting other core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and implement effective HR systems, policies, and procedures.
• Manage employee onboarding and coordinate initial training.
• Oversee payroll, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.
• Handle employee relations and assist in conflict resolution and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Work on employee engagement and retention strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR (minimum 2 years), with a strong focus on recruitment.
• Experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate sector is a strong advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to set up and manage HR systems and processes independently.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
