Engage Behavioral Learning Abilitation Center, based in Abu Dhabi, is dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services that empower children and individuals to reach their full potential. We are passionate about creating a supportive environment where clients and their families feel encouraged, guided, and cared for every step of the way.

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Speech Therapist with at least 2 years of clinical experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will help children and individuals overcome speech, language, communication, and swallowing challenges through evidence-based, individualized therapy programs.

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans.
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
• Work with clients to improve articulation, fluency, voice, and language development.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update therapy plans as needed.
• Promote a supportive, engaging, and client-centered environment.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Speech Therapy.
• Eligible for UAE professional license (DOH, DHA, or MOH).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
