The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing existing accounts within his/her geographical area of responsibility (MENA) by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive contact, regular visits, cases support in operating rooms, ICU/CCU, Cath Lab, and EP lab, attendance at congresses and exhibitions, and demonstrating strong knowledge of the product range and marketplace.

He/she will also develop and support distributor sales forces, manage relationships with distributors to ensure proper follow‑up with the end user, and assure adherence to forecasts and targets.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve territorial sales targets.
• Achieve sales targets, profitability, and market share in alignment with corporate objectives.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders in relevant specialties.
• Organize and conduct seminars/events to promote BD products, including workshops, events, webinars, etc.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Professional Education, Clinical Services, and Marketing to deliver a high‑end educational journey for healthcare professionals.
• Ensure regular visits to all customers (hospitals, clinics, labs, etc.) tailored to the needs of each individual customer.
• Handle evaluations and trainings with high‑level clinical discussions with healthcare professionals.
• Identify and prepare tender opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activity and pricing.
• Conduct distributor training.
• Strive to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Comply with all aspects of the ISO 9001 Quality System.
• Adhere to all HSE guidelines and requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in medical/paramedical or equivalent experience required.
• Experience working in the medical devices industry preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly motivated self‑starter.
• Ability to establish and cultivate effective business relationships internally and externally.
