Our Client

Our client is a diversified organization seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to strengthen its commercial operations and support long-term business growth. The Role

The Commercial Manager will oversee commercial activities across sales, business development, customer management, and contract negotiations. Working closely with senior leadership, the successful candidate will identify opportunities to improve commercial performance while ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies that support business growth.
• Manage key customer relationships and commercial negotiations.
• Evaluate commercial risks and opportunities across the business.
• Lead pricing strategies and profitability analysis.
• Monitor commercial performance against agreed KPIs.
• Support tender submissions and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with Finance on commercial planning and forecasting.
• Build strong relationships with strategic partners.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Lead commercial reporting and executive presentations.
• Support business expansion and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and mentor commercial team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of commercial management experience.
• Strong understanding of contract management and commercial negotiations.
• Experience managing strategic customer relationships.
• Excellent analytical and financial acumen.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience preparing commercial business cases.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is considered an advantage.
