Responsibilities
  • Participate in receiving various types of applications from citizens and ensure that the applications are completed correctly and contain all required information.
  • Review and examine required documents, ensuring they are approved by the relevant official authorities in the emirate, in accordance with eligibility and benefit criteria.
  • Enter service applications into the database after verifying them against the data in attached official documents.
  • Contact applicants via the main call center if required documents or approvals are incomplete, directing them to complete them from relevant authorities, or inform them of final rejection if conditions are not met.
