Role Summary
At the CRM Administrator at SLICIT, you will be responsible for optimising our Zoho One CRM system to support and enhance our marketing, sales, and customer service strategies.
This role requires a blend of technical savviness, analytical skills, and an in-depth understanding of customer data management to elevate our engagement initiatives.
You will be responsible for the meticulous configuration, ongoing maintenance, and strategic enhancement of the CRM, ensuring operational excellence and contributing to seamless customer interactions and efficient business processes.

Essential Qualifications And Skills
Zoho One Expertise: Profound experience with Zoho One, including customization, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Diverse CRM Platform Administration: Experience in administering other CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and HubSpot.
Data Management and Analytical Skills: Skilled in accurate CRM data management and leveraging Zoho analytics to produce insights.
Technical Proficiency: Competent in integrating Zoho or other CRM platforms with various business systems and software, with an understanding of programming for CRM customization.
Process Improvement: Demonstrated ability in identifying and implementing CRM process enhancements.
Training and Support: Proven experience in developing and delivering effective training sessions for CRM users.
Project Management: Strong project management skills, evidenced by successful CRM system upgrades, migrations, and related projects.
Nice-to-Have Skills
CRM Certifications: Zoho One certifications are highly desirable; certifications in other CRM tools are also considered.
Customer Service or Sales Background: Background in customer‑facing roles to enhance customer interaction and support business development.
Advanced Data Analysis: Experience with business intelligence tools for deeper data insights within the CRM ecosystem.
