We are a leading provider of innovative display solutions, custom signage, exhibition stands, and graphic production services. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and client-focused Client Servicing Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai Production City.

What Were Looking For

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Technical Fields, or Business Administration
• 2-3 years of proven experience in Client Servicing or Project Coordination
• Industry experience in Advertising, Printing, Fit-Out, or Signage is required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including reporting, formulas, and data analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
• Flexibility to work extended hours based on project needs
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven mindset

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and high client satisfaction
• Coordinate with design, production, and sales teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
• Prepare quotations, job orders, and accurate cost/time estimates
• Participate in planning meetings and contribute ideas to enhance workflow and efficiency
• Track project progress, manage deadlines, and uphold quality standards
• Maintain comprehensive records and documentation for each client project
• Conduct site visits and attend client meetings as needed
• Address and resolve client issues promptly and professionally
• Support pricing strategies, balancing client value with company profitability
• Monitor project budgets and suggest cost-effective solutions
• Foster and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional service
