About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about sales and eager to establish a long-term career in business development. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and proactive market engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through field visits, prospecting, and lead generation.
• Promote and present company products/services to prospective clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with business objectives.

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn, develop, and succeed in a sales-driven environment.
• Valid UAE driving license and ownership of a personal vehicle (mandatory).
• Strong command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and field visits.
