Business Center Relationship Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive workspace and office leasing sales in our Business Center. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a proven sales background, and the ability to build relationships with corporate clients and entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell business center services including private offices, virtual offices, meeting rooms, and coworking spaces.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities through inbound leads, cold calls, walk-ins, and networking.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage renewals and upselling.
  • Conduct site tours and presentations to potential clients, highlighting benefits and features.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and agreements, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotional events.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep accurate and updated records of all client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and excellent customer service at all times.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 3 months+ of sales experience in a business center, coworking space, or real estate environment.
  • Driving License is a big plus
  • Strong understanding of office leasing and workspace solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (other languages like Hindi, Arabic are a plus).
  • Malayalam is Mandatory
  • Self-driven with a sales-oriented mindset and the ability to meet targets.
  • Presentable and confident with a customer-first attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates currently based in Dubai are preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
