About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organized HR Intern to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources while contributing to our organization's success.

• Assist in the mobilization and demobilization process and scheduling inductions
• Support the onboarding process for new hires and preparing welcome kits
• Help maintain employee records and HR databases
• Contribute to the organization and coordination of company events and team-building activities
• Assist in preparing HR Certificates (Salary certificates, NOC, etc.)
• Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and projects as needed
• Collaborate with team members to learn about different HR functions and best practices

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial but not required

Strong coordination & organizational skills – Ability to handle multiple mobilization/demobilization cases at once.
