Our Client leading retail الشركة in Dubai is looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to join their team.

Key Accountabilities

1. To increase market share by brand building and awareness in order to support achieving الشركة objectives.
2. Execute, control and manage consumer promotions in order to achieve marketing objectives.
3. Development and implementation of POS for NPD's and for other opportunities as per trade requirement, in-store animation implementation for NPD's with sales team coordination.
4. Development of a trade promotional plan with key customers and channels, that the Key Accounts Calendar is followed and creates new promo to increase sales.
5. Working closely with key customers to provide category and shopper insights to drive performance.
6. Manage and evaluate trade promotion levels to achieve maximum return of investments.
7. Generate brand awareness with in-store animation activities to be dominant against competitor.
8. Monitoring competitor's activity to plan response action plan.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or similar from a recognized university or equivalent experience.

Minimum 4 to 5 years experience in Trade Marketing with a recognized business.

• Financial scope: Trade marketing budget management, return and investment analysis.
• Reporting staff: Promoters.
• Decision making authority: Promotion expense level, marketing activities, vacation schedule for promoters.

Working Environment & Communication

• Working environment: Office and field.
• Internal relationships: General manager, sales manager, key account manager, operation manager.
• External relationships: Section managers, department head, senior buyers, buyers, merchandise manager, retailers floor sales staff, marketing agencies, brand principal.
