Job Description
  • Possesses working knowledge and experience of preparing contract documents, including EPC contracts, supply/service agreements, framework agreements, NDAs, and amendments using Ad‑hoc templates under direct supervision.
  • Basic understanding of terms, conditions, and contract structure to support contract administration activities.
  • Demonstrates working knowledge of interpreting and utilizing standard forms, special conditions, and contract appendices to accurately structure, compile, and administer agreements under direct supervision.
  • Assists in drafting routine contractual correspondence and compiles inputs for formal notices and responses for senior review.
  • Prepares initial drafts of contract‑related correspondence and routine notices, maintaining accurate documentation and factual timelines under direct supervision.
