This role sits at the heart of a busy practice, supporting complex, high-level legal work in a fast-paced, professional environment.

• Diary management and meeting coordination
• Drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence
• Managing client and matter records, as well as contact databases
• Coordinating travel and preparing itineraries
• Supporting billing processes and expense submissions

• Legal Secretary / PA experience within an international law firm or professional services environment
• Strong document formatting and organisational skills
• Proactive, solutions-focused self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment
