• Strong analytical skills required to identify patterns and trends in data, to collect and analyze data from various sources, like research papers, social media, news outlets and industry reports, magazines, and newsletters, focused on developing new products or improving existing ones.
• Familiar with statistical analysis techniques and be able to use them to identify trends and patterns in data.
• Deep understanding of the scientific principles and processes involved in product development. Understanding of the industry and familiar with the latest trends and developments in the industry, as well as the key players and market dynamics.
• Having critical and creative thinking to identify emerging trends and patterns that others may have missed, and able to come up with new ideas and approaches to product development. Explore new possibilities and think outside the box ideas.
• Able to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders, including executives, clients, and colleagues. Able to present complex data and information, managing projects from start to finish, coordinating teams, and other professionals.
• Close attention to details and ensuring that their analysis is accurate and reliable. Able to work under tight deadlines and high‑pressure situations. Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Good experience in using data visualization tools to create charts, graphs, and other visual aids that help stakeholders to understand.
• Willing to travel to different markets and exhibitions, seminars.

Qualifications:

• Candidates with professional experience in market research, innovation, project management, data analysis, or related fields having educational qualification of packaging technology, engineering, marketing, economics, and data science.
