Job Summary

Responsible for supervising daily production activities to ensure finished products meet quality standards, customer specifications, and production schedules. The role oversees the effective use of raw materials, machinery, labor, and production systems while coordinating with warehouse, maintenance, quality control, and customer service teams. It also ensures compliance with HSE requirements, proper housekeeping, and effective supervision and development of operational staff.

ResponsibilitiesProduction Supervision
  • Supervise production activities to ensure finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Oversee the use of raw materials to minimize waste and support production efficiency.
  • Monitor the use of machinery and production stations in line with established production guidelines.
  • Ensure production sheets are prepared and updated on LEAN as required.
  • Oversee the proper recording of materials and production hours in the system.
  • Ensure production orders are closed in LEAN after finished products are delivered to final stock.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure raw materials are available according to the production schedule.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team to support maximum machinery availability.
  • Coordinate with Quality Control personnel to ensure finished products are tested, labelled, and released for delivery.
  • Liaise with the Customer Service team regarding issues that may delay production or delivery schedules.
Team Coordination & Follow-Up
  • Guide and follow up with the Junior Production Supervisor and Junior Warehouse Supervisor regarding daily operational activities.
  • Assign and follow up on labor and forklift support requirements between production and warehouse.
  • Support the training, development, and retention of operational staff by promoting الشركة values and proper work practices.
  • Promote teamwork, employee engagement, and effective coordination between production, warehouse, maintenance, and Quality Control teams.
  • Provide employees with feedback and conduct performance appraisals when required.
  • Comply with relevant الشركة policies, procedures, quality standards, and safety and environmental requirements.
  • Ensure employees comply with HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
  • Use and ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment and safety tools while performing assigned tasks.
  • Ensure production and warehouse areas are kept clean, organized, and free from avoidable safety risks.
  • Report unsafe acts, incidents, operational risks, delays, and safety violations to the concerned manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in production operations or production supervision.
  • Experience within a chemical, manufacturing, or industrial plant environment is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of production processes, raw material handling, machinery operations, and quality requirements.
  • Knowledge of HSE procedures and safe working practices within a plant environment.
  • Experience using ERP or production management systems; experience with LEAN is preferred.
  • Good leadership, team supervision, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Good command of English.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
